Places available in our Eastwood Classes from 6 June on 
  • Mondays 4.45pm to 5.45pm for those aged 50+.
  • Mondays 6.30pm to 8pm.
Beginners are welcome to either of these classes.

Yoga and a little more for back health: 
If you have a bad back the Monday 6.30pm to 8pm yoga class at Eastwood from 6 June to 18 July will be extremely beneficial for you as we will be focusing on improving our spinal health and more importantly, how to maintain our spinal health.
During this seven week period you will not only gain the benefit of the yoga movements you will also be provided health information about bone health.
The extra bonuses are: you will also learn how to relax and manage your stress levels more effectively helping to improve your mood and concentration level that will also enhance your general feeling of wellbeing. All this for £42.00p with handouts £45.00p

Childrens Yoga: Sue has availability to offer yoga sessions to Children and Young People with special needs.

Sue has an extensive professional knowledge and experience in working with Children and Young People with special needs and has a current Enhanced DBS Certificate.  

September 2016: Weekly one hour drop-in yoga class will be starting in Ripley. Please see Ripley Class under Yoga Classes tab for more information.
