Monday’s 10.30am to 12pm Sawmills

Hatha Yoga Class  

  • Suitable for beginners, all ages and abilities
  • Suitable for those over 12 weeks pregnant

Wednesday’s 10.15am to 11.45am Sawmills

Zen Yoga moving practices and philosophy are combined together to create a slow and expressive form of practice.

  • This class is suitable for all ages and ability
  • This practice does have its own challenges providing deeper benefits.

Wednesday’s 7pm to 8.30pm Sawmills

Vinyasa Yoga means moving with the breath. This means that postures are flowed together by a series of movements as you breath.

This is a more energetic style of Hatha Yoga providing an aerobic style of practice that will increase both heart and breathing rates.

  • This class is not suitable for beginners
  • This class is currently suitable for people who attend either regular yoga, a physical exercise class or a sporting activity
  • This advisory guidance will be reviewed periodically

Benefits of the Sawmills Yoga Class Pass: 

  • You pay £6.00p per class you attend
  • Ensures you have a permanent place in the class of your choice
  • You can attend any of our other classes if you cannot attend your usual weekly class and still pay £6.00p for that class
  • If it is more convenient for you, you can pay for your classes as a four week block price, for example: - £6.00p X four weeks prepayment = £24.00p

What to wear/bring

  • It is best to wear loose comfortable clothing
  • Please bring a non-slip mat, ideally a yoga mat and a small blanket
  • Try not to eat at least 2 hours before a class
