Morning Classes:

Monday’s 10.30am to 12pm - Currently this class is full.

This class is idea for beginners and for those who are currently practising yoga delivered by an experience teacher with a former health background.

Wednesday’s 10.15am to 11.45am

We only have two places available in this well established friendly, fun and accessible class that provides a more gentle style of physical practice.

Philosophical discussions, exploration of various yoga movements, postures and techniques of practice are the key components of this class making it suitable for all ages and abilities 

Prices:

Weekly Payment: £9.00p per person each week

Four-Weekly Pass: £27.00p for four-weekly classes that has to be used within five weeks of start date.

Evening Class:

Wednesday’s 7pm to 8.30pm

We only have two places available in this well established popular and friendly weekly yoga class.

Regular practising yogis have an opportunity to explore their yoga practice to a deeper level. Demonstrations, discussions and exploration of techniques are key components of this class 

Beginners are welcome to our all our classes. Sometimes we may suggest a start date.

What to wear/bring

  • Its best to wear loose comfortable clothing
  • Please bring a non-slip mat, ideally a yoga mat and a small blanket
  • Try not to eat at least 2 hours before a class
