Wednesday’s 10.15am to 11.45am

So often in our daily lives we have to juggle and wear a number of different hats, causing us to feel frustrated and incomplete. At these times in life it is desirable to practice a physically slower and a more philosophical style of yoga that focuses on harvesting the body's energy to promote health and well-being.

Zen philosophy and Yoga moving practices are combined together to create a slow and expressive form of practice that stimulates the subtle energy levels within the body at a deeper level. Creating an organic active flow of changing energises promotes union of body, mind and spirit leaving practitioners to feel whole and complete, finding peace within ourselves.

  • This class is suitable for all ages and ability and will appeal to those who have health, joint problems or recovering from long illness as well as being suitable for those who wish to explore their unique being through Yoga at a deeper philosophical and energetic level. This practice does have its own challenges providing deeper benefits.

Wednesday’s 7pm to 8.30pm

Vinyasa Yoga means moving with the breath so that postures are flowed together by a series of movements and is a more energetic style of Hatha Yoga providing an aerobic style of practice that will increase both heart and breathing rates. We also provide some Zen Flow practices within this class to deeply stimulate the subtle energy body providing deeper benefits within the body.

  • We advise that this class is currently suitable for people who attend either regular yoga or physical exercise class or a sporting activity.

This advisory guidance will be reviewed periodically
