Monday’s 10.30am to 12pm

About this class

Hatha Yoga is practiced in this class and is suitable for all ages and ability.

We will provide Pregnancy Yoga in this class if requested. 

Wednesday’s 10.15am to 11.45am

About this class

Releasing Energy Blocks (Acupressure) through Gentle Hatha Yoga Movements (Asanas) is practised in this class. This class will eventually become a Zen Yoga Class. Please see under Complementary Tab for more information. 

There are times in life when it is desirable to practice a physically slower and a more philosophical style of yoga that focuses on harvesting the body's energy to promote health and well-being. 

This class is suitable for all ages and ability and will appeal to those who have health, joint problems or recovering from long illness. This class is also suitable for those who wish to explore their unique being through Yoga at a deeper philosophical and energetic level. This practice does have its own challenges providing deeper benefits.  

Wednesday’s 7pm to 8.30pm

About this class

Vinyasa Yoga is a more energetic style of Hatha Yoga that is practised in this class. Vinyasa means moving with the breath so that postures are flowed together by a series of movements. 

This is an aerobic style of practice that will increase both heart and breathing rate.

We recommend that this class is currently suitable for those who have at least six months of constant yoga practice or for those who attend regular physical exercise classes/activities. As this class develops, we will review this recommended guidance.

  • Its best to wear loose comfortable clothing
  • Please bring a non-slip mat, ideally a yoga mat and a small blanket
